Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if project conditions differ from initial assessment. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion.

Project Timeline

We make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any delays.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and notifying us of any underground utilities, property boundaries, or special conditions. You must also obtain any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals before work begins.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project contract. Warranties typically cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage from improper use, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

CityView Maricopa Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after work has begun may result in charges for work completed and materials purchased.
